Karpaty Cognac 0.5 l — an exquisite Ukrainian aged brandy, matured for 8 years in oak barrels, giving it a unique amber color with golden highlights. The drink features a rich, velvety taste with sweet notes and hints of dried fruits, as well as a long, pleasant aftertaste. Its aroma unfolds in layers, from chocolate and coffee nuances to raisins and ripe fruits, creating a complex bouquet appreciated by true connoisseurs of brandy.
The cognac is produced at the Uzhhorod Cognac Plant (UKZ) — one of Ukraine’s leading producers and among the top three brandy manufacturers. The distillery is renowned for its signature Transcarpathian cognacs «Tysa», «Uzhhorod», «Karpaty», as well as popular standard varieties «Three Stars», «Five Stars», «Zakarpatsky», «Nevytsky Castle», and «Beskydy». Production began in 1959, with the first «Three Stars» cognac released in 1962. In 1977, the enterprise received its current name — «Uzhhorod Cognac Plant».
Thanks to the use of carefully selected brandy spirits made from environmentally clean raw materials and aged in oak barrels, «Karpaty» cognac boasts a harmonious, rich flavor and a smooth texture.
Serving recommendations: best enjoyed at room temperature in a snifter glass, which allows the full aromatic bouquet to unfold. Perfectly pairs with dark chocolate, hard cheeses, or fruits, highlighting the nobility and depth of this Transcarpathian brandy.
