  • How to verify the authenticity of the product?

    Check for the presence of an excise stamp on the bottle (usually affixed to the bottle neck, covering the cork). You can also ask the seller to provide a product quality certificate to confirm the quality and origin of the goods.

  • What is the minimum age for ordering alcohol?

    In Ukraine, the minimum age for purchasing and ordering alcoholic, low-alcohol beverages, and beer (except non-alcoholic) is 18 years old.

  • Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

    It is usually easier to cancel an order that is still in processing than to modify it. The store may still be able to stop the shipment.

  • Do you deliver across all of Ukraine or internationally?

    Delivery is carried out across the entire territory of Ukraine and abroad (international delivery) by the "Nova Poshta" service.

  • What are the cost and delivery terms?

    Delivery terms (typically):

    • Within the same city: up to 1 day.

    • Between regional centers or large cities: 1–2 days.

    • To remote settlements: up to 3 days.

    The delivery cost depends on the weight.

  • Do you deliver alcohol at night?

    According to legislation, the sale of alcohol may be restricted at certain times, usually after 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM. This restriction also applies to delivery.

  • What should I do if the product arrives damaged?

    If you find damage (to the product or packaging), do not take the parcel home! Inform the seller (online store): Send them photos of the damage and a copy of the Damage Act. The seller, as the sender, usually files an official claim with Nova Poshta for compensation of the declared value, and then resolves the issue with you (product replacement, money refund).
